Have you deleted your account? If yes, there is an option to recover your Snapchat account. But only in the first 30 days since the erasing your account. If you did it more than 30 days ago, unfortunately, there is no way to get your account back.
If you cannot get your account back because more than 30 days, have passed. You should be able to at least sign up under the same username. Unfortunately, you have already lost all your messages, contacts, etc. But at least get your username back before someone else uses it during sign-up.
Here is how to recover your Snapchat account
- Open your Snapchat app on your iPhone or Android device
- Tap on Log in
- Type in your “Username”
- Type in your “Password”
- Tap on “Log in”
If you have followed these five steps, your account has switched from deactivated to an active account.
It does not work, what you should do
There are two possibilities why it does not work. Either it has passed more than 30 days, and your account has been deleted forever.
Or if you deactivated your account on Snap less than 24 hours ago. You need to wait until 24 hours have passed from deactivating your account. After the 24 hour mark, you will be able to log back into your account and use it as usual.
