Restart your device

Log in to the internet browser
If you have tried all previous fixes and still could not log in to your IG app. Open a mobile browser or internet browser on your desktop computer and try to log in there.
Are your date and time up to date?

Clear cache and data

Log in via Facebook
This only works if you have previously connected your Instagram account and Facebook account. If you have done that, you can log in to Facebook and then to IG.
